About the Author As a champion of identity, Terri Ray empowers others to choose to be who they are. Through life coaching skills, books, and philanthropic causes, Terri offers people the tools they need to discover, own and live their individuality with boldness and purpose. In choosing to reach beyond all external facades to become their true selves, people are poised with self-respect and liberated from fears that limit them from embracing their passions, dreams, and desired outcomes. With a champion’s heart and a mentor approach, Terri helps those who are moving forward in life but lack satisfaction. In addition, Terri helps restore dignity, value and healthy identities to women and girls through her company Strength and Grace, Inc. with public speaking opportunities for Soroptimist International of the America’s; the Ragdoll Restoration Foundation; a new documentary ‘Stuck in Traffic’ that addresses the epic human rights issue of sexual slavery; and the ‘Raising the Bar’ program that provides girls with a parent in prison opportunities to reach beyond their limiting circumstances. Terri is a former Factory Kawasaki Race Team Rider holding a 18-year World Record to date and is a Busch World Cup Champion. Terri is on pace to earning a qualifying position to compete in the 2012 Crossfit Games.
